KB 12 QUICK MASTER Delivered to Ghana!

On July 16, 2025, GLOBMAC once again demonstrated its strong global presence by delivering its high-efficiency KB 12 QUICK MASTER Concrete Paving and Briquette Production Plant to Ghana. Known for its robust engineering, automation-assisted production capability, and flexible manufacturing infrastructure, the system has now been successfully commissioned at a new production site in Ghana.

This delivery marks more than just the installation of a machine—it’s a strategic move that reinforces GLOBMAC’s influence across the African continent through integrated production solutions. Thanks to its compatibility with different molds, KB 12 QUICK MASTER enables the production of paving stones, briquettes, and curbstones on a single production line. With a pressing capacity of 150–180 pallets per hour, the system ensures both speed and continuity in production while offering seamless transitions between different product types, boosting operational flexibility.

At GLOBMAC, production lines are not only built for speed but also for precision, efficiency, and quality. The KB 12 QUICK MASTER is integrated with automatic material handling systems that allow a consistent and uninterrupted output flow. Optional robotic stacking units organize the products onto pallets automatically, while manual transport trolleys are used in non-robotic systems to ensure uninterrupted operation. This infrastructure provides significant advantages in production continuity and logistics planning.

The delivery encompassed not just a machine but a turnkey production ecosystem. With operator training, technical consultancy, spare parts supply, and remote-access software infrastructure, the system was brought online in a short time and has already begun full-scale production.
