Basket System

This system, which offers the opportunity to work with footless pallets, stacks wooden pallets on shelves with racking elevators.

Thanks to the linear guides we use in the racking elevators that make up the system, it offers a long-lasting, purpose-oriented working performance. Advantages offered by the system;

• It eliminates wooden pallet forklift contact, thus preventing damage to the pallets and ensuring a longer life.
• It allows both sides of the pallet to be used in printing.
• It reduces the working time of the forklift.
• The cost of footless pallets is lower.

The system works on a line where the pallet paths are U-shaped. The biggest advantage of this system called U System is that the drying or wet products are stacked parallel to each other, thus allowing faster maneuvering between the curing room and the machine group.
