KB 12 QUICK MASTER Beton Parke ve Briket Üretim Tesisi

KB 12 Beton Beton Briket ve Parke Makinası saatte 110/120 palet baskı kapasitesinde olup; Kalıp değiştirmek süretiyle, kilit parke taşı, bordürtaşı, yağmur oluğu, çim taşı v.b. taşların üretimini sağlamaktadır.

Bu sistem ile bir defada 12 adet kilitli taş ya da 5 adet 20x40x20 briket üretilebilmektedir.

Makinede bütün hareketler hidrolik sistemle sağlanmaktadır.

Makinede çıkan ürün ayaklı tahta palet kullanılarak istifleme robotuyla sıralanabilmektedir. Robotsuz makine sıralama sisteminde ise tahta sürücü ve çıkış sehpası aracılığıyla ürün taşıma arabası kullanılarak ürünler alınabilmektedir.
